Melissa has been with HSB since 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from York College (now York University) and has Insurance licenses in Property & Casualty (2022), and Life & Health (2023). Melissa is originally from Giltner, Nebraska but now resides in York, Nebraska with her husband Brian and many furry animals. Melissa loves volunteering for various programs some of which include, Yorkshire Playhouse, Manna Resort Christian Camp, and Teen Reach. She enjoys doing anything creative and hands-on.

Troy has been with Maywood Insurance Agency since 2006. He is licensed in Crop (2007) and Property & Casualty (2017). Troy has been a life long resident of Maywood, NE. Troy and his wife Lisa have one daughter who lives outside of Hastings with her husband Nate and is a Occupational Therapist in Grand Island.
